E-motions We are more than just the biomechanical sum of our anatomical "parts". In our essence, we are spiritual beings, using the body as a means of transportation for collecting experience. We have chosen the world as our playground, experiencing it every day in our biological vehicles. It is always about a process of raising awareness. Our individual experiences and the accompanying emotions are the catalyst that makes this process possible and sets it in motion. We connect with all life on this planet through e-motions. It is they who literally put us in "motion", that is, in "movement" on all levels of our being, both physically and mentally. Since our birth, we code the world into good experiences and bad experiences. They are emotions and memories that are buried in the unconscious. Our body stores away emotions that we don't want to feel. The effects of our emotions go far beyond the purely interpersonal. Marie von Ebner-Eschenbach formulated it as follows: "It is not what we experience, but how we feel what we experience that makes our destiny". This is no longer a curiosity of pseudo-esoteric circles in science. The result can be physical blockages or illnesses that we often carry around with us for years without knowing where the real cause lies. Dr. Joe Dispenza believes that we can only achieve real change when we break free from the bonds of these emotional dependencies; when we start to go into the operating system where these programs exist in order to make transformative changes. The "side effects" of this true transformation are called: joy. This heightened emotion is a release of energy from the body. It is then freed from the past and moves into the present. We now begin to experience a second type of feelings. We start to feel joy, benevolence and gratitude. In summary, our emotions are our unconscious life compass. About 5% of who we are is our conscious self, while 95% are those unconscious programs we have internalized - like an app running in the background, unbeknown to us. Whether we are talking about our conscious or unconscious thoughts and beliefs, they all have been shaped by these emotions and determine our current life. The brain cannot distinguish between illusion and truth. Thus, we become the creators of our own “actuality”– that which “acts” as our reality. It is therefore essential to make long-term and permanent changes of these internalised programmes, so that they may become new meaningful beliefs. According to our experience, this is possible. However, it requires the will and self-discipline of the person concerned. We show you ways to recalibrate your emotions.

Nisargadatta Maharaj Question: What is love? Maharaj: If the feeling of separation and distinction is not present, then you can call it love. Question: In love there must be duality, the lover and the beloved. Maharaj: In love there is not even one, how can there be two? Love is the refusal to separate, to make distinctions. Before you can think of unity, you must first abolish duality. If you really love, don't say, "I love you." Wherever something is grasped in thought, there is duality. Question: Is it love that bridges the gap between the mind and the body? Maharaj: What else? The mind creates the abyss, the heart transcends it. Question: What brings me to love? Maharaj: You are love itself - if you are not afraid. Question : Why is there so much suffering in love? Maharaj: All suffering is born from desire. True love is never disappointed. How can the feeling of unity be disappointed? The desire to express it can be disappointed, but such desires come from the mind. As with all mental things, disappointments are inevitable. Acting from desire and fear means imprisonment, acting from love means freedom. Question: Is there one single thing of value in the entire universe? Maharaj: Yes, the power of love.

Science and Spirituality " We have only lost sight of the knowledge of the influence of spiritual energy because we adhere to a mechanistic worldview. Today, the majority of the natural sciences ignore the existence of a transcendent dimension. Since in our Western society only the natural sciences determine what we think and believe, religion, spirituality, and the entire transcendent knowledge are dismissed as mere speculation. What actually happens around us, which secret energies and information we can make use of, all this is systematically ignored. We only consider true what is scientifically provable, a fatal mistake. We can only free ourselves from our bonds when we understand the mechanism behind it. When we realise that our perception is only temporary. However, most people do not recognise that they are falling prey to a purely subjectively created deception. They firmly believe that the projected objects determine the events and do not understand that it is themselves - their mind and soul - that are responsible. No wonder, as in the everyday world we initially orient ourselves by seeing, hearing, smelling, tasting and touching. This is necessary, as our five senses are a guarantee that we survive, provide ourselves with food and do everything to create ideal living conditions for our body. In order to understand the fundamental processes, we must know the relationship between mind, soul and reality. When it comes to these incredibly important connections, conventional science leaves us miserably in the lurch. Everyone must acquire this knowledge for themselves. Many fail in this endeavour and remain seekers, driven by material motivations. But why are we so fixated on the material side of our existence, when so much more awaits us?” by Dr. Ulrich Warnke
